Leta Kell-Dell

She / Her

Kitchen Operations Manager

Leta Kell-Dell grew up in Eagle Point, where her family’s small farm shaped her early understanding of community, hard work, and the joy of feeding people well. Selling produce at farmers markets and collaborating with other local growers taught her how food can anchor a community and strengthen the ties between neighbors. Those values followed her into a twenty-year career in the restaurant industry, where she worked in roles from serving and bartending to managing, always centering hospitality and connection.

An outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking and skiing, Leta balances her work with time spent exploring Southern Oregon’s mountains and tending to a life rooted in family—including her two children, who keep her curious, grounded, and inspired.

Joining Rogue Food Unites feels like a natural extension of her passions—a chance to combine her background in food with her belief that everyone deserves access to nourishing meals and a supportive community. Through this work, Leta is excited to contribute to an organization that reflects her own values of care, equity, and connection.
